Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This policy sets out how “Entertainment” LLC (the "Operator") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the Kiddo app and the kiddogame.uz website. It is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".

1.2. Using the app and creating an account means agreeing to this policy. Consent on behalf of a child is given by a parent or legal guardian.

2. What data we collect

2.1. Parent's data: phone number and/or email address (if provided), language settings.

2.2. Child's profile: name or nickname, date of birth, gender, avatar, level and achievements in the game. This data is entered by the parent.

2.3. Technical data: device identifier, platform and app version, time zone, app usage sessions (start time and duration).

2.4. Payment data: chosen plan, amount, payment status and the payment system's transaction number. The full card number and secret card details are never passed to or stored by the Operator.

2.5. Website: standard web analytics tools (for example, Google Analytics) may collect anonymous statistics.

3. Why we use it

3.1. Running the account and the app; keeping the child's learning and progress.

3.2. Activating subscriptions, recording payments and reporting required by law.

3.3. Improving the service (aggregated statistics) and answering users' requests.

3.4. Data is not sold or passed to third parties for advertising.

4. Storage and protection

4.1. Personal data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. Access to data is limited to authorised staff; connections are encrypted (HTTPS).

4.3. Data is kept while the account is active and for the periods required by law (for payment records), then deleted.

5. Sharing with third parties

5.1. Data needed to process a payment (amount, order number) is passed to payment services (Bito Pay, and through it Uzcard, Humo, Click, Payme, Uzum).

5.2. Where required by law, data may be provided to authorised state bodies.

6. Your rights

6.1. Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their data and may withdraw consent. Requests are sent to info@uicgames.uz and handled within 10 working days.

6.2. When an account is deleted, personal data is deleted, except payment records that must be kept by law.

7. Changes

7.1. A new version of this policy takes effect when published on kiddogame.uz.
